Four Seasons Hotel Denver is pleased to announce Ryan Schmitt as Executive Pastry Chef.  Schmitt joins Four Seasons Hotel Denver from The Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel, in Beverly Hills, Calif., where he served as Assistant Pastry Chef for the past two years.

Previously, Schmitt was the Assistant Pastry Chef at Gordon Ramsay and The London West Hollywood, a 200-room hotel and Michelin rated restaurant. His additional experience includes serving as the Lead Pastry Cook at Carmel Valley Ranch in Carmel, Calif. and Pastry Cook at Boca Raton Resort & Club in Florida.

Schmitt is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu at Orlando Culinary Academy in Orlando, Fla.
