The celebrated production of “The Book of Mormon” returns to Denver this fall, playing October 22 through November 24 at the Denver Center for Performing ArtsEDGE Restaurant invites patrons to come “knocking” for its special pre-theater menu.  Located across from The Denver Center for Performing Arts, EDGE is a convenient location for pre-theater dinner, and offers complimentary valet parking to restaurant patrons.

EDGE’s special Book of Mormon theme menu is three-courses for $60 per person, available pre-theater only during 5pm-6:30pm reservations.  The first course is choice of Angel Dusted Iceberg Wedge, with Applewood smoked bacon, cherry tomatoes, sunflower seeds, blue cheese dust and crispy onions, or Devils on Horseback, dates with goat cheese, baby spinach and warm bacon vinaigrette. The second course is a choice of the Divine: pecan grilled filet with leek, potato, sweet corn and red wine sauce; or Forbidden: fire-kissed Alaskan Halibut with forbidden black rice, basil, shishito peppers, and yuzu butter sauce.  Dessert is Sinful Nature: coffee pot du crème with Bailey’s Irish Cream and meringue dust.

While dining at EDGE, guests can also try a Book of Mormon theme beverage.  Two special drinks, $12 each, are available: The Religious Experience, with Smirnoff Sorbet Citrus Vodka, St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur, lemon juice and Champagne; or the Latter Day Mock-jito, a “mocktail” featuring fresh pink grapefruit, agave nectar, mint leaves and San Pellegrino Pompelmo Sparkling Grapefruit.
